Include These Details
- Account email and organization name.
- Page or workflow where the issue happened.
- Approximate time of the issue and browser/device if relevant.
- For billing: plan name, charge date, and last four digits only if needed. Do not send full card numbers.
- For analysis issues: use public or sanitized excerpts only.
Sensitive Data Warning
Do not email CUI, classified information, export-controlled technical data, source selection information, protected customer files, passwords, API keys, or full payment card numbers. Send a sanitized description first and we will coordinate the next step if more detail is needed.
