Billing

Refunds and Cancellation

This policy explains how billing errors, unused analysis credits, and refund requests work for BidShield AI early-access plans.

Last updated: June 10, 2026

BidShield AI is an AI-assisted workflow tool. It does not provide legal advice, cybersecurity certification, government contracting advice, or CMMC certification. Human review is required before relying on any output.

One-Time Pilot Purchases

Current early-access Readiness Scan and Design Partner purchases are one-time Stripe payments tied to a workspace. Each purchase includes the analysis credits shown at checkout.

Unused Credits

  • If you purchased the wrong package or no longer need unused credits, contact support before using them.
  • Used analysis credits, completed analyses, exported reports, and delivered readiness work are generally not refundable.
  • Future subscription or renewal plans, if offered, will show their renewal terms before payment.
  • Some account, billing, and audit records may be retained for security, tax, dispute, or operational reasons.

Refund Requests

BidShield AI reviews refund requests case by case. Refunds are most likely when there is a duplicate charge, a clear billing error, or a service issue that prevented reasonable use of a paid plan.

One-time readiness reviews, completed analyses, exported reports, and used analysis credits are generally not refundable unless required by law or approved by BidShield AI.

How to Request Help

Send billing requests to support@bidshieldai.com with the account email, organization name, plan, charge date, and a short description of the issue. Do not include full payment card numbers.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support first so we can investigate quickly. We may suspend or limit paid access during unresolved payment disputes, suspected fraud, or chargeback review.
